Lesley Dalziel named Axle group CFO

Lesley Dalziel, previously group finance director, has been promoted to the position of chief financial officer (CFO) for Axle Group Holdings Ltd (which incorporates National Tyres and Autocare and Viking Wholesale Tyres).

Reporting directly to the chairman (Alan Revie) and partners (John Taylor and John Caldwell), Dalziel will take a more strategic role in the development of the business alongside chief executive officer, Tony Neill.

An MBA graduate from UWS (University of West of Scotland), Lesley joined Axle Group in 2004, having held senior finance positions within both the public and private sector. Over the last 13 years, Lesley has been instrumental in the transformation of the business, since it was acquired from Continental AG in 2001.
