Hella Hengst range grows with 16 NTR part numbers
Following the successful introduction of the Hella Hengst brand earlier this year and its subsequent increasing share of the UK filtration market, Hella has announced that the company will be adding 16 new-to-range (NTR) part numbers during August. The additions major on the fuel and air ranges with six additions in each category, as well as three cabin filters, two of which are carbon activated, reflecting the move toward these high-performance elements among vehicle manufacturers. There is also an additional oil filter.
VAG brands feature prominently within these NTR additions with the Audi A3 (8V) 1.6 TDI, 2.0 TDI, Seat Leon (5F) 1.6 TDI, 2.0 TDI, Skoda Octavia (5E) 1.6 TDI, Skoda Octavia (5E) 2.0 TDI, VW Golf VII 1.6 TDI, 2.0 TDI and Passat VIII 2.0 TDI. Other marques include the Citroën C4, Peugeot 308 THP 1.2, Ford Mondeo, Galaxy and S Max V 1.5 EcoBoost and 2.0 TDCI, as well as the Vauxhall Corsa E 1.4 and Renault Clio 1V 1.5 DCI.
Filters play an important role in any vehicle’s performance as they prevent harmful pollutants – such as debris and dirt – from entering the engine, radiator, fuel lines and other key components. Once a filter is no longer efficient, the performance of the car will be affected with the possibility of the engine being damaged, which is why filters are among the most important fast-moving aftermarket components.
“These NTR additions further illustrate Hella’s commitment to develop and grow the Hella Hengst brand and that the combination of original equipment quality, excellent availability, depth of range and outstanding customer service, is proving to be a winning formula,” comments the company.
