e-jobsheet expands to include fleet audit enhancements
e-jobsheet subscribers will be able to offer an improved service for inspecting and auditing direct and third party fleets with the introduction of the new fleet audit facility next month, as the open-architecture, digital tablet-based work exchange for truck, bus and van moves into testing by dedicated fleet auditors during August.
The expansion means that e-jobsheet will cover both ad hoc or “one-off” vehicle inspections as well as provide a comprehensive fleet audit function where a multitude of vehicles can be assessed in one batch/location as efficiently as possible to ensure fleet contract covenants are being maintained.
The resultant inspection data can be made fully available to fleet contract holders participating on the TiDaeXTM platform in near real-time.
Steve Daly, director of CAM international, said: “e-jobsheet now ticks all the boxes for organisations that are serious about managing commercial tyre performance and service, as it includes bulk audit, ad hoc inspection, scheduled maintenance, breakdowns and tyre asset supply. That any and all inspection data completed via e-jobsheet is available through the TiDaeXTM exchange to dealer subscribers and their connected fleet customers means those parties can help to shape the expectations of fleet operators as commercial tyre performance management becomes more and more data connected.”
