Cemb SM1100 to complete range of tyre changes at Autopromotec
The SM1100 is said to complete CEMB’s range of tyre changers
Conceived for oversized car and van wheels, SM1100 is a new generation universal leverless tyre changer with central locking system for rims from 12 to 30-inches in diameter, available in both manual or pneumatic versions.
SM1100 comes with a new bead braking system with synchronized discs designed to perform a controlled penetration and bead breaking in series on wheels with the same diameter.
The machine is also provided with the traditional bead braking blade with double acting cylinder conceived to handle steel rims.
The independent floating bead presser, integrated in the vertical post, assists the operator during mounting and demounting of particularly tough or low profile tyres.
SM1100 is also available in IPL version, provided with pneumatic lift having maximum working capacity of 85 kg.
