Nexen holds ‘2017 Purple Summit’ in Manchester
Following the announcement of its new sleeve sponsorship deal with Manchester City, Nexen Tire held its ‘2017 Purple Summit’ in Manchester. The Purple Summit is an effort to foster and strengthen relationships with worldwide business partners. It particularly targeted acceleration of the company’s presence in the global market. This year, selected valuable business partners from 34 countries attended the event.
Attendees had the opportunity to build a foundation for strong ties among the partners with relaxing dinner, followed by conferences highlighting Nexen Tire’s global marketing activities and its products at Manchester City Football Academy, followed by an exciting soccer match between Manchester City F.C. and Liverpool FC at Etihad Stadium, the home stadium of Manchester City FC.
During halftime of the match, a Nexen Tire Skills Challenge was held where fans were selected to shoot through a Nexen tyre for special prizes.
