Bridgestone buys yet another French tyre retailer

Japanese tyre manufacturer Bridgestone has agreed to buy Ayme Group, the owner of France’s largest independent tyre retail chain – Côté Route.

Côté Route brings with it 104 points of sale. Together with its other French tyre retail acquisitions (Pneus à bas prix  – September 2016; and Speedy – May 2016), Bridgestone now controls more than 900 points of sale in France.
