Pelmar relocating HQ

Earlier in 2016, Pelmar Group’s board opted to move the firm’s headquarters after 30 years of being located in Ramat Hasharon. The group will now be based in Yokneam, northern Israel where group company TGL SP Industries Ltd is already based.

The move facilitates increasing staff numbers and allows for better synergies between the divisions, according to the company. Dedicated office space is allocated and is being completely rebuilt now. The move will take place in the second half of August 2016 to meet the original schedule of 1 September.

Pelmar Group executive chairman Jacob Peled added that this move was planned a year ago, but the Group needed to prepare it “carefully, logistically and financially”. Peled believes that this move will enable TGL to use the international spread of Pelmar during the firm’s jubilee year: “As the company is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, the above move is part of insuring continued operation of the group under younger, professional management and leadership.” cja
