Exol adds synthetic engine oils to product range

Exol’s new Optima Vimax 0W-20 engine oil

Exol Lubricants has introduced an additional fully synthetic, fuel-efficient engine oil, Optima Vimax 0W-20, to its product range, as well as launching Optima LSF 0W-30, a fully synthetic, low SAPS engine oil.

Optima Vimax 0W-20 is formulated to meet the intense demands of high engine protection at a fuel-efficient, low viscosity and is now available to purchase from Exol.

Created using the highest quality synthetic base stocks together with advanced additive chemistry, Optima Vimax 0W-20 provides significant fuel-saving benefits, exhibits outstanding thermal and oxidative stability, and offers excellent protection against corrosion and black sludge.

Typical vehicle applications covered by the fully synthetic oil include Suzuki, Mazda and smaller Honda petrol cars, as well Toyota Prius models.

Meanwhile, Exol’s new generation, fully synthetic, low SAPS (sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur), multigrade engine oil, Optima LSF 0W-30, has been developed in response to the need for a very low viscosity, fuel-efficient engine oil that provides maximum protection, component durability and engine cleanliness throughout the entire oil drain interval.

As a low SAPS lubricant, it enables effective emission control and provides full compatibility with after-treatment systems such as diesel particulate filters and three-way catalytic converters.

Primarily aimed at the latest Ford diesel engines, Optima LSF 0W-30 also covers a variety of Asian OEMs such as Toyota, Honda and Kia.
