Braking News from Brake Engineering

Brake Engineering has recently launched the Spring edition of its quarterly newsletter, Braking News, featuring the latest information from the supplier such as new-to-range parts, remanufacturing processes and technical support.

The newsletter aligns with Brake Engineering’s ‘Original Aftermarket’ campaign focusing on offering remanufactured parts of the highest standard, which is similar to the exceptional service that the supplier offers, driving constant product demand.

The Spring edition features the supplier’s commitment to bringing the most appropriate products to market, launching 70 new parts covering more than 800 vehicles across all braking groups in 2015 alone.

With an infographic outlining the core process of remanufacturing a caliper and technical features addressing key issues garages face in the ‘Ask Technical’ feature, the company is using the newsletter to promote its expertise widely.

Brake Engineering’s new online Marketing Shop portal also features in the newsletter, explaining how it has launched a range of marketing literature and merchandise including mugs, pens, jackets, pop-ups and brochures, all of which feature the new branding.

Customers are also given the chance to win five softshell Brake Engineering jackets in a competition on the final page of Braking News.

Kevin Price, marketing manager, said: “The newsletter is a great way to keep customers up to date with our latest activity, as well as informing them of any news from within the industry.

“Braking News receives a lot of interest from our customer base and in the latest issue we were keen to introduce technical support, such as outlining the reasons for master cylinder failure and brake judder. The newsletter gives us the opportunity to give something back to the customer and we will continue to produce them on a quarterly basis throughout the year.”
