Aeolus Tyre to show international customers ‘clear strategic direction’
ChemChina’s Aeolus Tyre will exhibit in Hall 3 at Reifen 2016 (stand A45), with a larger booth than in 2014 displaying its major product ranges. Thomas Wohlgemuth, European sales and marketing manager at Aeolus Western Europe (Consumer Tyres), is looking forward to the exhibition: “What we will show our international customers is a future-proof company with a clear strategic direction. We would also like to further establish ourselves as a strong and reliable commercial partner.”
Aeolus’ product lines include tyres for cars, SUVs and vans, as well as for the sizeable segment of commercial vehicles, earth-moving machinery and agricultural equipment. The brand already has several million users throughout the world. This will be its first Reifen show since Pirelli became a stablemate brand, having been purchased by parent company ChemChina in 2015.
At the exhibition, Aeolus plans to showcase “innovative products” with a focus on the commercial vehicle and earthmoving machinery segments. In the consumer sector, new sales tools for the professional tyre trade will also be presented.
The company boasts a state-of-the-art technology centre as well as four research and development institutes for elastomers and tyres. In production, considerable emphasis is placed on internal quality control. All Aeolus manufacturing plants operate are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality management standards.
