Just Easy Tools introduces three-point tyre handler

Just Easy Tools ApS is a Danish firm that develops and manufactures solutions for handling and moving tyres and wheels. The company’s handling attachments are optimised to save time and resources, as well as improve safety.

Tyrepress.com recently spoke with Lars Jorgensen, chief executive officer of Just Easy Tools; Jorgensen talked about the main reasons for developing a new three-point grip mechanism for handling tyres. This mechanism features on a new tyre handler range that Just Easy tools has developed. These products, the Just Easy Tools Manipulator, can handle up to size 59/80R63 tyres that weigh 11 tonnes and measure 4.3 metres in diameter.

In addition to improving operator safety through the inclusion of multiple cameras to ensure a better view of the working area, company technician Jens Deelgard and export manager Petr Junek report that testing verifies the three-point grip uses less force to hold the tyre and therefore the risk of tyre damage is reduced. Furthermore, the precision allowed for by three-point system allows decreases the occurrence of rim deformation.
