Phil Dodd, UAN managing director

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has welcomed UAN and its growing membership of 170 motor factors into the trade association.

The buying group will now have access to exclusive ‘member only’ benefits including: recent lobbying activity, access to network meetings and specialist IAAF services such as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme and a free legal helpline.

Phil Dodd, UAN managing director, said: “It’s great to be part of the IAAF and our membership will benefit fully from the pro-active activities IAAF carries out in support of the independent aftermarket.

“The IAAF offers UAN members countless advantages, such as updates on the latest legislation and supports our expertise in helping them add value to the service they provide to customers.”

Wendy Williamson, IAAF chief executive, said: “I’m delighted to welcome UAN as a member. We will work with them year on year to ensure we consistently provide useful insights and knowledge concerning the independent aftermarket for the benefit of individual member businesses.”
