Valeo named a UK Top Employer for third year running

Valeo UK has been certified as a Top Employer in United Kingdom for the third year in a row by the Top Employers Institute. Top Employers 2016 certification recognises organisations that demonstrate best practices in human resources, particularly in the areas of attracting and developing talent, compensation and benefits, and training and skills development.

The automotive parts supplier delivers a wide range of employee offerings, including: learning and development programmes such as internship programmes, graduate schemes, and collaborative learning experiences; employee compensation and benefits such as employee discounts and an employee referral bonus; flexible working conditions; communication channels, including employee surveys and a works council; networking opportunities; well-being programmes; and secondary benefits such as a company car and phone, to name a few.
