Chicago Pneumatic opens new offices in Turkey

Tool and workshop equipment manufacturer Chicago Pneumatic has opened new offices in Turkey. The 300 square metre Customer Center in Istanbul has been set up to better meet the needs of distributors and customers across many industries, and it provides additional space for customer support and service, product and technical training activities, and it also features a fully equipped showroom.

“The opening of the new office has great significance for our company and customers,” said Philippe Artzet, Chicago Pneumatic Tools division president. “It will help us to provide better service for customers, enhance the efficiency of our communication and cooperation while providing a more comfortable working environment to our employees.

“The Customer Center office expansion is a strategic investment for our Division in Turkey. Today, customers deserve a higher level of services to grow and that is what we are delivering here: more customer training services, bigger product servicing capacity, as well as sales and marketing team expansion,” continued Artzet. “The new office is the beginning of a new era for our Chicago Pneumatic teams and it will bring even more opportunities in the future.”

Ataollah Maleki, general manager of Chicago Pneumatic Tools Turkey, added, “We are becoming a more customer centric organisation with this expansion.
