CAM appoints customer liaison officer
Charlotte Cooke is joining CAM as customer liaison officer with a view to ensuring regular and proactive communications with clients across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Cooke is tasked with meeting customers face-to-face and improving ongoing client contact to enable tyre dealers to experience the full suite of software and data solutions that CAM offers to help them become more efficient, saving time and money.
Mike Allen, managing director of CAM, commented: “Charlotte joins us at an exciting time as CAM continues to win back and gain new customers that can see the benefits of our tyre-specific platforms that have been designed for companies in the industry by people who have been immersed in the sector for decades.
