Tim Doggett joins Rhenus Logistics
Leading freight forwarder, Rhenus Logistics, has welcomed experienced logistics professional Tim Doggett as its new general manager, north west. The role will see Doggett take responsibility for the organisation’s sales and operations at its Trafford Park branch in Manchester and Liverpool branch in Frodsham, Cheshire.
Most recently a regional director with Europa Worldwide Logistics, Doggett’s career spans more than 25 years and takes in brands including UPS, RH Stevens and H&S Handel und Transport. Doggett has lived and worked in various countries, including Germany and Switzerland, delivering freight forwarding solutions for road, air and sea and brings this experience with him to the role at Rhenus Logistics.

His extensive experience and knowledge of the market will be a real asset to us as we continue to expand our operations. A married father of two teenagers, Doggett lives in Cheshire and enjoys photography, kayaking and fishing. He has raised more than £5,000 for Cancer Research UK through his charity ‘Float my Boat’. Doggett is also co-founder and trustee of the Bosley Disaster Appeal, which he helped to set up following the fatal explosions at Wood Flour Mill in July 2015, which has raised nearly £200,000 to date.
