Bridgestone Battlax fitted as original equipment on Kawasaki ZX-10R

Bridgestone’s Battlax Racing Street RS10 tyre will be original equipment on Kawasaki’s 2016 model Ninja ZX-10R, the top-ranked model in the Superbike World Championship 2015. The tyres, designed for use on public roads, also work to deliver strong sport performance. Employing MotoGP Technology refined during its decade-plus as tyre supplier to MotoGP, Bridgestone says its tyres will improve grip on dry road surfaces, improving lap times. They will also deliver impressive handling and stability for more comfortable driving on winding, open roads. The manufacturer says it plans to expand the global reach of the Battlax brand through efforts to promote its adoption as original equipment.
