Point S tyre brand gains consumer-facing website
A new global website has been set up to promote the Point S private tyre brand to end consumers. The desktop and mobile compatible www.points-showroom.com site provides information about the full Point S tyre range for cars, SUVs and vans and is available in seven languages – English, Estonian, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Russian and Slovakian.
Point S introduced its first private label tyre in 1995; the range was launched in order to give its network members an exclusive value for money tyre and an opportunity to create customer brand loyalty. The third generation of the Point S Summerstar summer tyre line was introduced in January 2015. Point S Development says the brand portfolio will soon be enlarged by the addition of further products. The Point S tyre range is currently available in European markets and in South Africa, and Point S Development states it is currently working to develop a Point S tyre range specifically designed to meet North American market demands.
