Tyre Business Solutions to make CV Show debut

The Kings Road Tyres Group will give a CV Show debut to its fleet tyre management specialist, Tyre Business Solutions (TBS) at stand 3F115. The Southampton based business delivers bespoke tyre repair and fitting solutions to owned, managed, contract hire and rental fleets of all sizes through a network of more than 850 independent tyre retailers in the UK and Ireland. The company provides a full passenger, 4×4/SUV, Commercial Van and TBR tyre management system.

“Although this is our first appearance at the CV Show, we are a well-established business with a strong track record of working effectively with national and regional fleet customers,” said Nick Diment, general manager, TBS. “Our business proposition is based on delivering fast, efficient and reliable tyre service at competitive price points, which we believe will prove attractive to potential fleet customers visiting the show.”

TBS has developed bespoke software for the fleet tyre sector, providing:

• full booking and incident management for each customer service request;
• booking arrangements confirmed by email and SMS to both the service provider (tyre specialist) and fleet customer;
• a comprehensive tyre management package for all customers, covering authorisation management and central billing;
• full reporting, tailored to individual customer’s requirements

All fleets have direct access to the TBS online system and can track transactions in real time. Tyre fitment or repair can be delivered at any of the 850-strong service network; on an emergency roadside callout basis; or same day mobile fitting/repair at home or place of work.

Being part of a group that includes a major tyre wholesaler (KRT), TBS is able to source all makes of tyre, with distribution to any location in the UK or Ireland. Nationwide price uniformity and central billing are also included as part of all TBS service agreements.
