CAM to host second UniSerV User Group meeting before April’s CV Show
CAM has scheduled the second UniSerV User Group (UUG) meeting for April, coinciding with The CV Show at the Birmingham NEC. Chaired by Anne Sherwood, group business support manager of Tructyre Fleet Management, CAM says UUG² will continue to discuss the benefits of e-jobsheet, CAM’s open-access mobile data platform for digital tablet technology in the truck, bus and van service arena.
The session will also review the delivery of the new developments aimed at the commercial tyre sector through UniSerV. These were explored by the participants at UUG¹ to ensure user work flow, mobile work and stock visibility, business intelligence and integration to third parties. These features, CAM says, should enable users to maximise their business efficiency and sales growth.
UniSerV customers AC Tyres, Anglian Tyre Truck Management, A One Tyres, City 1st Tyres, Dexel Tyre and Autocentre, Gates Tyres, GW Tyres, Horndean, Lodge Tyre, Malvern/County Tyre Group, McConechys Tyre and Exhaust Centres, RJ Strang, Robbs Tyres, Strathclyde Tyres, Tyrenet, Tyrework, Universal Tyres and Autocentres and Watling Tyres have been invited to attend the next event alongside CAM’s technical experts. CAM says it will discuss universal issues and exchange views and ideas with the aim of continuing to drive forward efficiencies and business enhancements through the UniSerV platform.
Anne Sherwood, group business support manager, says: “UUG¹ was positive in every way and we’re looking forward to reviewing the status of the priorities and timelines we drew up and to enjoying further constructive, interactive discussions at UUG². It’s a privilege to be chairing such a dynamic forum to align all our objectives which will be delivered by CAM through its UniSerV software, enabling truck tyre operators to continue to improve our businesses and drive forward efficiencies to sustain our long term success.”
Kate Neill, UniSerV product manager for CAM, comments: “We’re confident the next session will be as well attended and productive as the first, provoking robust, ambitious and thought-leading challenges and opportunities to be discussed.”
The CV Show runs for three days, starting on 14 April.
