Pro-Align introduces CV alignment division

The new Hunter commercial vehicle alignment system enables live alignment readings on three axles simultaneously

Wheel alignment specialist Pro-Align has announced its intention to offer further support to commercial vehicle operators and tyre suppliers with the creation of a new Commercial Vehicle/Fleet alignment division in 2015. With the planned introduction of a unique, innovative commercial vehicle aligner,  Pro-Align aims to make it easier than ever before for truck, bus and heavy vehicle fleet operators to check their wheel alignment regularly, leading to lower fuel bills, extended tyre life and increased safety.

“We’ve experienced a phenomenal growth in demand for our range of Hunter wheel alignment systems for cars and vans during the last few years, largely as a result of workshops recognising the profitable service opportunities and drivers becoming more aware of the need for regular alignment,” comments Paul Beaurain, managing director, Pro-Align. “With the introduction of a dedicated commercial vehicle division, we now hope to be able to replicate this success and offer equally admired solutions to fleet operators and workshops.”

Pro-Align has established an enviable reputation among tyreshops, independent workshops, franchised dealers and bodyshops. Not only has it continued to offer innovative systems, such as the award winning Hunter HawkEye Elite TD, which make the alignment process more efficient and allow workshops to identify more work opportunities, but it also offers an unrivalled level of service backup, support and training. Indeed, during the last year, Pro-Align’s engineers successfully reacted to 96 per cent of all service call outs within 48 hours.

“It’s essential for us that we have appropriate levels of aftersales support in place to assist our new CV customers,” continues Beaurain. “These final pieces of the jigsaw are currently being put into place and we look forward to making further announcements in due course.”
