CAM appoints Mouse as new customer liaison officer

Marianna Linscott, known as “Mouse”, has been appointed by CAM as junior customer liaison officer. The software systems supplier to the tyre industry said the appointment reinforces its commitment to providing proactive frontline communications to its UK and Republic of Ireland customer base, which it claims has nearly doubled in the past five years.

Linscott will provide additional support to the team through regular contact and visits to customers to discuss their challenges and requirements, and offer relevant solutions from CAM designed to meet their needs.

Mike Allen, managing director of CAM, says, “With over five years in the hospitality industry, most recently as a hotel duty manager, Mouse has strong customer relationship management experience.  We’re confident her excellent communication skills and ability to listen to our customers will help deliver the right solutions to them so they become more efficient and grow their businesses.”
