Kings Road Tyres introduces Blacklion TBR

Leading UK commercial vehicle tyre wholesaler Kings Road Tyres (KRT) launched its latest addition to a portfolio of exclusive TBR tyre brands at its Reifen 2014 stand. It will distribute the Jinyu manufactured Blacklion brand in the UK exclusively, with stocks available from the third quarter of 2014, KRT says. The brand will join Aeolus and Antyre as the company’s exclusive budget sector offer.

The initial Blacklion range currently includes six sizes with EU labelling, which will increase to 20 sizes by the end of 2014 and more than 50 sizes by mid-2015, covering popular truck, bus and coach applications.

“Reifen was an excellent opportunity to introduce our Blacklion distributorship to the wider European market for the first time,” said recently promoted KRT operations manager, Tim Bader. “We can now offer commercial customers three quality brands that cover all price points in the highly competitive budget sector.”
