Three off-road brands helping SD-International compete

The fact that Shanghai-based SD-International has three brands making up its 4×4 offering is really helping the business compete. According to the company, SD International continues to increase its profile in the 4×4/SUV market sector in the UK and Europe with Zeta, Pace and Maxtrek which cover all applications.

Both the Pace and Zeta labels offer two off-road patterns, the Azura and Toledo which are exclusively produced at a technologically advanced manufacturing facility in China. The Azura pattern incorporates a special V shaped non-directional tread pattern for a safer ride and comfort performance. Other benefits include a solid centre rib to ensure high speed stability and specially designed double grooves which significantly reduce vibration and improve wet traction.

The Azura range is currently available in 21 sizes from 225/65R17 through to 285/35ZR22 in H, V and W speed ratings plus additional sizes will be introduced on demand.

The Toledo tyre offers a totally unique pattern design which has been specifically produced for 4×4 front wheel drive vehicles and multi-purpose vehicles and incorporates a tread profile most suited to All-Terrain traction and a high level of control on for off road driving in all weather conditions. Other equally important features and benefits include tread blocks in an off-set position for extreme low noise levels, a five row aggressive tread pattern with self-cleaning lugs that give superior grip and zig zag grooves for extra traction, increased steering response and better grip levels on muddy and loose surfaces.

Finally the Maxtrek range provides three versatile 4×4 and off-road patterns which are produced to an equally high standard and offer a varied choice in both on and off-road applications. The SU800 is currently available in 34 size options, the Sierra S6 Pattern in 54 sizes from 215/75R15 to 31×10.5LT6 plus the Mud Trac pattern has eight sizes at present from LT265/75R16 to LT35x12.50R15-6.
