Rotalla enters the 4×4 and SUV markets in Europe

As part of contract tyre Manufacturer Enjoy Tyre’s development in the UK and Europe, the firm has introduced a new range of Rotalla 4×4/SUV patterns. In practice this means the initial Rotalla RF07 tyre in size 205/80R has now been joined by the Rotalla RF10 HT and RF11 AT patterns.

According to the company, the RF10 HT offers an all-round tyre design which has been produced both for on-road and light off-road driving performance and incorporates an internal structure with twin steel belts which are reinforced with spirally wrapped nylon for increased durability.

The RF10 HT is currently available in sizes from 235/60R17 up to 265/60R18 in H and V speed ratings and wheel sizes 17 and 18 inches. Further sizes are scheduled to be introduced “in due course”.

In addition, the Rotalla RF11 AT will soon launched. This all-terrain tyre has been designed with “stable shoulder blocks” for on-road handling and off-road traction. The tyre’s open shoulder design is said to increase traction on loose surfaces and enhance water evacuation therefore further assisting wet traction.
