Petlas launches winter SUV tyre range

Turkish tyre manufacturer Petlas expanded its winter offering with the introduction of an SUV-orientated range in December. Petlas’s newest addition to the winter line up is the Explero W671, designed to fit a wide selection of 4x4s and SUVs.

The tread of Explero W671 includes a large number of grooves and sipes for increased grip and braking performance on snowy and icy roads. The, which Explero W671 bears “M+S” markings and the “snowflake” symbol, is now available in 25 different sizes from 15 to 19 inches, with speed symbols T, H and V.

According to the company, 10 new 17 and 18 inch sizes have been added to the wider range. Including the recent additions, Petlas now offers around 70 different sizes from 13 to 18 inches with two different standard patterns, Snowmaster W601 and W651.
