First Line presented with Groupauto suppliers award

Borg & Beck brand owner and UK parts supplier, First Line was presented with the presented with the runners-up trophy in the trading group’s ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the Groupauto trade show. Commercial director, Alan Wood and national accounts manager, Ian Boyle picked up the accolade at the Telford International Centre hosted show’s dinner.

“It was fantastic to be in such a lively and positive atmosphere,” said Boyle, “with members at the show genuinely interested in seeing some of the niche products we had on display and hearing about the huge range of products that we now have group approval for. We are pleased to say many were also prepared to do business at the show and so we took quite a few substantial orders.”

“After the success of the show we didn’t expect things to get any better, but the whole event was rounded off perfectly for us when Jim (Mazza) announced that the members had voted First Line the runners-up in this year’s Supplier of the Year award.”

“We value the business we have with Groupauto, but it’s also nice to be recognised as a quality multi-product supplier from the member’s point of view. We hope and believe the relationships we’ve built will grow stronger still as we continue to bring new products into our portfolio and look to gain further approvals with the group in the future.”
