Esco introduces tyre runout gauge

Commercial and OTR tyre service equipment manufacturer Esco has launched a new tyre runout gauge. Designed to measure radial and lateral tyre runout, the gauge can help eliminate irregular wear, ride vibration and lengthen the life of tyres, says the Ohio company. The gauge utilises a roller wheel placed against the tyre tread combined with a gauge bar, individual low and high spot sliders and magnified measurement readout that shows the amount of runout present.
