Parts Alliance wins £4 million Micheldever prime supply partner deal
The Parts Alliance has announced its reappointment as prime supply partner to Micheldever for the next two years. The parts distributor will supply Micheldever’s national network of 61 fast fit centres with a full range of vehicle parts, covering braking, steering and suspension, emissions and general service and repair products. The Alliance estimates the deal is worth over £2 million per year.
Mike Curry, national accounts sales director for The Parts Alliance, said: “We are pleased and honoured to have retained this contract as prime supply partner to Micheldever Tyre & Autoservices for a second term.
“Since winning this contract in 2011, we have worked hard to deliver the best service, technical support and, of course, quality parts to the Micheldever network, working in partnership to provide them with the service and support they require from a key supplier.”
Mark Harley, operations director of Micheldever, said: “We are delighted to have renewed the supply relationship with The Parts Alliance and are looking forward to working with them and their support to provide our customers with the best service in the industry.”
Steve Fulford, chairman of The Parts Alliance, said: “This is a welcome contract renewal which underlines what we as a business group are all about, offering high quality local service but with national group strength, providing not only vehicle parts but solutions to work in partnership with our customers.”
The Parts Alliance operates nationally through its 12 members, from locations throughout the UK and Ireland.
