RMI Centenary lunch
The Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI) recently held a Centenary Lunch for its past presidents and current and past board members. Held at the prestigious RAC Club in London, the Lunch offered its attendees the opportunity to meet and share memories of the RMI and the industry.
Attendees included Alec Murray, Roger Smith, James Smillie, Colin Parlett, Brian Black, Ken Martindale, Derek Lindop, Bettine Evans, John Bond-Smith, David Evans, Martin Marshall, Christopher MacGowan, Dr Bernard Smith, Brian Madderson, Alan Pulham, John Coward, Mike Allmond, Leslie Cook, and Roger Rees.
Commenting on the centenary lunch, RMI Chairman Alec Murray said: “We are delighted to mark the RMI’s centenary with this lunch.
“It is fantastic opportunity for us to celebrate the history and achievements for the RMI and its previous incarnation the Motor Agents Association (MAA).
“We are so pleased that so many colleagues could join us in celebrating 100 years of the RMI”.
