New Q-Plus Check-up loyalty promotion from B&J rocket
B&J Rocket has launched a long marketing programme, which the company hope will communicate that “loyalty pays off”. And it was with these words that Andreas Müller, managing director of B&J Rocket, kicked off the new Q-Plus global marketing campaign which stretches across the whole calendar year.
For years B&J Rocket says it owes its success on the one hand to its worldwide sales partners and, on the other hand, to retreaders as users. According to the company, the intensive dialogue continuously contributes to the improvement of products and services and represents an important step in the Quality Plus programme which was launched by B&J some time ago.
With the Q-Plus Check-up promotion customers can acquire vouchers with the purchase of original B&J buffing blades and, depending on the amount of vouchers, they can then either have their rasp head overhauled and, if not yet available, upgraded with the Turbo technology or receive a completely new rasp head including fitting as desired.
The idea is that the customer collects all their invoices for B&J buffing blade purchases throughout the calendar year 2013 and for every 500 sets receives a voucher, which can be traded in immediately. Only freight costs are charged.
“Only with a perfect rasp head our blades achieve best possible results, convince with long tool life and, last but not least, ensure a high-quality retreading result,” Müller emphasized.
