Kwik-Fit a What Car? awards sponsor

Kwik-Fit has confirmed it will sponsor one of the award categories in the What Car? Car of the Year Awards 2013 and also serve as an associate sponsor. The fast fitter is sponsoring the Reader Award for the most exciting car of 2013.

“It’s good news that Kwik-Fit is to sponsor the Reader Award,” commented What Car? publishing director Andrew Golby. “The category contains the cars that will be the most exciting of 2013; these are the cars that the What Car? road testers can’t wait to get their hands on. Votes this year have already surpassed the votes from last year, and we are looking forward to announcing the winner at the ceremony in January.”

Roger Griggs, communications director of Kwik Fit, added: “Although the opinions of industry experts are very important, most companies succeed or fail on the views of their customers. This is especially the case in the modern era when those views can be widely shared in an instant through social media. The What Car? Car of the Year Awards event is attended by more than 1,000 leading industry figureheads plus motoring correspondents. The event is to be held at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, on 9 January 2013.
