Infinity launches agricultural tyre range

Having recently introduced an agricultural radial tyre range, Infinity Tyres reports that the latest addition to its widening portfolio incorporates tyres suited for the latest advancements for modern agricultural machinery. Infinity agricultural tyres are already available in the UK market and the company formally announced that the tyres can be purchased from Somerset-based Europa Tyres.

According to the company, the agricultural tyres also “meet the needs and demands of the rugged agricultural workplace in the most economical way.” With perennial concerns such as soil compaction in mind, this means that Infinity agricultural tyres are designed to deliver optimum ground footprint to distribute pressure evenly across all surfaces. As well as protecting the soil, this is said to enhance tread life as well as deliver increased driving comfort. Self-cleaning lugs are incorporated in the tread design to improve drive traction and therefore reduce rolling resistance and increase fuel economy. Furthermore, Infinity’s new agricultural range includes a strengthened sidewall designed to reduce the possibility of punctures for greater usage time.

A rapid size development programme is planned to take place during 2013, including a new generation of lower profile drive tyres (65 series) with the stated intention of making sure that the Infinity agricultural tyre programme “fits the widest range of applications possible.”
