Brityrex review

During the second week of October the UK’s dedicated tyre show, Brityrex was held in Manchester. As has been the case throughout the exhibition’s long history, show sponsor Tyres & Accessories was present at Brityrex International ’12, and next month it is our pleasure to deliver our show report and exhibitor news. 

Fleet business

Services to fleet operators is another growth area; these days all tyre makers who are serious about the commercial vehicle segment adopt a full-range approach, offering service, support and multi-life options for tyres. Here, Tyres & Accessories takes a deeper look into the various aspects of tyre-related fleet supply and service. 

Green tyres

The days when eco-focused tyres occupied a niche market are over. Tyre labelling and rising environmental awareness have propelled the ‘green’ tyre into the limelight, and these days you’d be hard pressed to find a tyre maker not offering at least one environmentally-oriented product in its portfolio. For the first time ever, Tyres & Accessories is dedicating an entire feature to these products. 

Motorsport review

As you’ve most likely observed in our monthly motorsport updates, the use of racing and rallying to promote tyres continues to grow. Pretty much everything from F1 down to regional championships now boast an official tyre sponsor, and this means there is plenty for Tyres & Accessories to report.
