Name change draws Tire Curing Bladders closer to Rhein Chemie
Earlier this year, Rhein Chemie strengthened its position as a tyre industry supplier through the acquisition of US company Tire Curing Bladders, LLC. The company reports that on 1 October it took a step in the process of integrating Tire Curing Bladders into Rhein Chemie by renaming it Rhein Chemie Little Rock.
“If a company only has a casual interest in a market, that company won’t become a leader in that industry,” stated Rhein Chemie president Dr. Boudewijn van Lent. “Rhein Chemie is dedicated to becoming a dynamic and thriving player in the global supply to the tyre industry. Providing the tyre market with high-quality bladders is a cornerstone in our strategy.”
Rhein Chemie Little Rock produces bladders that are used in the tyre manufacturing process. The bladders will be sold under the Rhenoshape (tyre curing bladders) and Rhenobuild (tyre building applications) brand names.
