Maxxis launches three 2013 calendars
Maxxis has extended its promotional calendar range to three distinct publications for 2013: a new car tyre calendar, a dedicated motorcycle tyre calendar and a separate Maxxis Babes calendar. Maxxis says it will highlight its car tyres and sports sponsorship together, featuring Maxxis-sponsored Team Japspeed drift drivers alongside action images from off-road truck racing, ATV sport and the Dakar Rally. For bike retailers, Maxxis has produced a calendar with off-road and on-track action from Maxxis-sponsored British Superbike teams Swan Yamaha and Maxxis Apico Suzuki as well as Maxxis Henderson LPE Kawasaki, the factory Kawasaki motocross outfit. The Maxxis Babes, popular with motorsport fanatics at the many events Maxxis attends, get a standalone calendar.
Babes, Michaela, Nikkie-Ann, Danni, Holly and others can be seen striking a pose with tyres from the Maxxis car and motorcycle ranges in a montage of images gleaned from their crowd-pleasing appearances at events around the UK. The calendar will be on sale to the public at Autosport International, priced at £2.00.
“The response to our calendars over the past couple of years has exceeded all expectations and to ring the changes, we’ve decided to separate the Babes from our corporate offering for 2013,” says Maxxis International UK’s managing director Derek McMartin.
“Our two new corporate calendars are designed to underline the strength in depth of our product ranges in key marketplaces while also reinforcing our beneficial associations with some of the UK’s top flight performance car and motorcycle sports.”
The new Maxxis car tyre calendar will be distributed via Stapleton’s, while the bike calendar will be available through the dedicated Maxxis motorcycle tyre division, Bickers. The 2013 corporate calendar will also be available to visitors at Autosport International, who can buy copies for just £5.00.
