Treadsetters increasing international profile at Brityrex

Treadsetters (part of the TIA Group) says it took part in this year's Brityrex to promote the company's three leading brands – Torque, Hifly and TIA Wheels – further, having supported the event for many years. The Telford based tyre wholesaler said Brityrex 2012 joins a number of other international shows at which it has presented a high corporate profile this year, including Essen, Russia, Tyrexpo Africa and events in Tanzania and Panama. The company says the events are part of the group’s growing image “as a global player in tyres and wheels”.

Both Torque truck tyres and Hifly PCR and UHP tyres are presented as competitive brands in the UK and Europe and Treadsetters said the stand attracted a steady stream of visitors. They included existing and potential new customers, who were present to “inspect the strong displays and discuss their individual merits with the group’s experienced sales team”.

The TIA Wheels brand made its debut at the show as a specialist supply and distribution service covering a full range of commercial (17.5-22.5 inches), industrial and OTR (8-25 inches) offering both standard mass produced and “made to specification” wheels. With a worldwide supply partnership network already in place, Treadsetters says that TIA Wheels would seek further to enhance its growing status within this market.
