Mercedes-Benz World and Continental Tyres: Partnering Excellence

Continental Tyres has been named as “Partner in Excellence” of Mercedes-Benz World, the brand experience centre located at the Brooklands motor racing circuit in Weybridge. According to Mercedes, this means Continental will supply tyres for all Mercedes-Benz vehicles used in the driving experiences both on the circuits and challenging 4×4 off-road terrain. As the lead tyre development partner for Mercedes-AMG division, Continental is said to be well placed to serve the many and varied demands of the entire Mercedes-Benz driving experience range.

Since opening in 2006, the brand centre has offered an interactive world full of Mercedes-Benz passion, heritage, values and innovation. Visitors can explore every model in the range, discover iconic classics and with attractions throughout its three storeys capture the fascination of Mercedes-Benz – the company that invented the car in 1886 and continues to be at the forefront of automotive performance. 

Experiences include the power-driven thrill of lapping a V8-engined Mercedes-AMG on the Handling Circuits and power-sliding on the Wet Skid Circle’s low friction surface, whilst 10 acres of challenging terrain offers a breath-taking off-road adventure in the latest 4×4 cars.
