Pirelli runs F1 promotion through Performance Centres
Pirelli has launched a new initiative in collaboration with its Pirelli Performance Centres (PPCs). Open to those purchasing two or more premium Pirelli tyres, customers will be entered into a prize draw to win a grandstand ticket for next year’s British Grand Prix, as well as a tour of Red Bull Racing in Milton Keynes and exclusive Pirelli clothing. The promotion runs at the UK and Ireland’s 85 PPCs throughout the months of September and October.
PPCs are a club of audited, high-quality, high-performance tyre dealerships. In August 2010, there were 66 PPC branches throughout the country but this figure has steadily grown over the past two years, and the total number of PPC dealerships in the UK and Ireland now stands at 85. Sets of tickets to the British Grand Prix and a Red Bull factory tour will also be available to the four best performing PPC branches.
Catherine Kirk, trade & consumer marketing manager at Pirelli UK said: “Pirelli work closely with its Performance Centres and we are always looking at new and innovative ways to drive traffic into our branches. We feel that our latest initiative will also reward some of our dedicated staff who do such a good job working in our 85 centres throughout the UK and Ireland. The Red Bull factory visit remains a money can’t buy prize as the team do not normally offer tours, and the grandstand tickets for next year’s Grand Prix at Silverstone will provide prize winners with a fantastic day out.”
The prize winners will be announced on Wednesday 14 November.
