Starco unveils new jointly-developed Kenda municipal tyres

Starco reports the introduction of six new sizes in the Kenda Turf505 range. These tyres are predominantly used in municipal service, but are also suited to domestic garden and landscape gardening applications.

The Kenda distributor says the new tyres were jointly developed with Starco and have been introduced to satisfy demand not met by existing suppliers. The tyres are said to feature new, improved treads and address a previously-lacking niche in the Starco portfolio, namely horticultural tyres that are rated for speeds of up to 30km/h.

The Kenda Turf505 is distinguished by its versatility, Starco states; on lawns its large contact area and rounded shoulders ensure optimal soil protection, while on-road its block siping and harder compound come into its own. And for winter service, Starco says there is no alternative to the Kenda Turf505.
