Goodyear launches Spanish language website for US consumers
In a move that recognises Spanish’s status as the second most widely spoken language in the United States, Goodyear Tire & Rubber has introduced a Spanish language website targeted at North American consumers. Through this site, Goodyear hopes to “provide better appeal to a growing Hispanic tyre-buying population.”
“This is a continued investment by Goodyear to connect qualified North American shoppers with retailers, while offering consumers easy access to the best Goodyear tyres to match their needs,” said Mike Dauberman, Goodyear’s director of interactive marketing. He also noted that online tyre shopping is rapidly growing – for information-gathering, scheduling an appointment or even purchasing.
