Tyremen launches UKTN tyre fitting service
Hull-based Tyremen reports that it recently launched the UK TyreNetwork (UKTN) to offer a fitting service throughout the UK for its internet customers. After choosing the tyres they need on the Tyremen website, the UKTN allows drivers wherever they are in the country to order and pay for the tyres they need and have them fitted at a garage of their choice.
According to the company, UKTN’s business model offers a number of benefits to the end consumer, including convenience and expert fitting locally which allows customers to benefit from Tyremen’s wide range of tyres and wheels. As you would imagine, Tyremen and UKTN are now looking to set up more partnerships with garages throughout the UK to help them deliver this service.
“We are always looking for more garages to sign up to the network, which is free to join, so that they can benefit from referred customers from us and market-leading fitting rates. Their customers can benefit from our stock of specialist tyres and wheels and our knowledgeable team is always on hand to offer advice and support. The cross-selling opportunities are excellent and there is no paperwork, no fuss and no delays to deal with.
“As we expand the network we are looking for garages which offer their customers, as well as those referred to them from us, a great, friendly and reliable service. We are looking to restrict the number of garages we work with in each city so that we can refer as much business as we can to our partners without spreading the work too thin. We’d love any garages interested in joining the network to contact us as soon as possible for a chat about potential partnerships,” continued Phill.
“We set up this network so that customers all over the UK could benefit from the outstanding range of tyres that we stock and supply,” concluded Phill. “We also hope that, in the medium to long term, other online retailers come on board so that we can build a strong network that offers the ability for smaller companies to sell nationally without the need to lay out huge development costs.
