Linglong Supports BEN Summer Fete

Linglong Tyres, manufactured by Shandong Linglong Tyre, China’s third largest tyre producer, recently supported the automotive industry charity BEN at the Lynwood Summer Fete held at the end of June.

Clive Mansfield, sales and marketing manager for LL Tyres (distributor of Linglong’s new Green Max passenger tyre range for the UK and Ireland and part of the larger Al Dobowi Group) stated that the company was “delighted to sponsor this wonderful event and the Al Dobowi Group is committed to supporting BEN in the future, including at the forthcoming NTDA Golf Day”. 

The Lynwood Summer Fete Vintage and Classic Rally was officially opened by renowned actor Brian Blessed and was the final destination for a rally of over 200 vintage vehicles. 

A record figure of £18,000 was raised with Ray Diggins, BEN’s head of marketing saying, “We are extremely grateful to everyone who attended and hope that they all had a fabulous time. The impressive amount raised will help our residents in times of need”.
