Bridgestone OE on Ferrari FF
The Ferrari FF was officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year and is now on sale for £227,077, plus optional extras. The Italian manufacturer’s latest offering is available in various rim and tyre sizes, and Bridgestone reports its Potenza S001 has been chosen as one of the original equipment fitments for the four-seat, four wheel drive Ferrari.
“The Ferrari FF’s all-wheel drive performance with V12 power and 660 hp puts special demands on a tyre, and Bridgestone is delighted that the Potenza S001 was chosen for the job,” commented Edwin Van der Stad, director sales, Consumer Business Unit, Bridgestone Europe.
The Potenza S001 is already a standard tyre on the Ferrari 458 Italia, and Bridgestone has developed tyres for Ferrari and supplied original equipment to Maranello production cars since the Ferrari 348 in 1990. Many of Ferrari’s flagship models have been fitted with Bridgestone tyres, including the Enzo Ferrari and Superamerica.
