Tyreplus Windsor awarded network 2011 Dealer of the Year

Australian tyre dealer network Tyreplus has named its Windsor branch Dealer of the Year at an awards ceremony during the gala dinner at the annual Tyreplus conference in Fremantle, Perth last weekend. The annual Tyreplus Dealer of the Year Awards recognises outstanding customer service, presentation and performance. The store is run and owned by husband and wife team of Rod and Sue Carroll, who have over 22 years in the business. Rod Carroll said he was proud to receive recognition for the hard work his team has put in over the last 12 months. “Our whole team has contributed to us receiving this award.”

“Their dedication to providing our customers with the highest standard of customer service and quality products has helped us strengthen our business and achieve this award. I am proud to accept the award of 2011 Tyreplus Dealer of the Year and look forward to another successful year with Michelin in the Tyreplus network.”

Presenting the award to the Carrolls, Michelin managing director Thierry Martin-Lassagne congratulated the Carrolls and all their team on their achievement: “Rod Carroll and his team epitomise the qualities that represent Tyreplus, demonstrating a great commitment to the brand. They do everything to ensure that the customer leaves with a smile on their face.”

Tyreplus Windsor was established in 2007, having been at this location since 1990 under a different name. The network says it has subsequently built a great reputation for outstanding store facilities, excellent customer service and product knowledge.

This year’s conference also marked the tenth birthday of Tyreplus in Australia. In this time it has become a leading network for premium tyre products, with over 60 stores nationwide.

The independent network of tyre retail stores offer professional tyre services such as tyre repairs, wheel balancing and wheel alignment. Individual state winners were also announced during the awards ceremony: Queensland’s Nundah branch owner manager Caleb Sos, Victoria’s Tyreplus Bendigo owner manager Chris Batty, and SA/WA Kununurra owner manager Lanny Garratt joined New South Wales’s Rod and Sue Carroll in receiving awards.
