First overseas Pro-Align award winner announced
Fastlane Ltd in Malta has been awarded Pro-Align’s Alignment Centre of the Month for April – the first time the accolade has been awarded outside of the UK. Paul Beaurain, managing director, Pro-Align, said: “Fastlane is resolute about being the alignment specialist in Malta and continues to work hard to expand its business. They are incredibly enthusiastic in everything they do and are a worthy winner of our April award.”
Fastlane’s origins date back to the 1980s when the late Daniel Borg senior established the first wheel alignment centre on the island using Hunter equipment. The company expressed its enthusiasm and commitment to Hunter equipment and determination to be the leading alignment centre on Malta.
Daniel Borg, who took over the company from his late father and re-established the business in 1999, explained why Fastlane continues to source its equipment from Pro-Align in the UK rather than a distributor closer to home: “Pro-Align’s reputation as an industry leader, providing the very highest level of customer service and equipment, hasn’t just been restricted to the UK, as we have benefitted from its expert advice and guidance for many years.”
Borg most recently invested in a Hunter HawkEye HD and a Hunter TCX550 tyre changer. “Of course, we could always obtain our equipment from a distributor in a country nearer to Malta but in our mind this is never an option due to our firmly established and close working relationship with Pro-Align.
“Pro-Align has always been totally professional in its approach throughout the years, keeping us fully updated when we place an order and maintaining an on-going dialogue following any equipment installation – proving that distance is no object when the very best is required.”
In addition to supplying the very latest state-of-the-art Hunter equipment, Pro-Align is also working closely with Fastlane to assist on a number of marketing campaigns, to help them to raise the awareness and promote the benefits of wheel alignment to the Maltese population.
Beaurain joked: “The only downside to Fastlane winning is that I don’t get to hand over the award in person, as I hear Malta is particularly stunning at this time of year!”
