Snap-on Diagnostics releases new 2 post lift
Snap-on Diagnostics a leader in diagnostic tools, software and information for the automotive industry, has announced the expansion of its Sun-branded vehicle lift range with the introduction of its new two post lift, the SVL 50.
The new five tonne Sun SVL 50 is an electro hydraulic two post lift with base frame and a lifting capacity of 5000 kilos. Lifting is achieved by two hydraulic rams, one in each post and synchronised by steel cables. The lifting arms are in a symmetric configuration and the SVL 50 also comes with an automatic single button descend operation. There is a safety cut out for carriage desynchronising and a manual override function for the operator to re-synchronise carriages. The new Sun SVL 50 is available with additional van/truck lifting pad extensions.
“We have been delighted with the UK trade’s response to our expanded workshop equipment offering,” says Mark Ost, UK sales director of Snap-on Diagnostics. “Again – and in response to strong customer demand – we have introduced this impressive new SVL50 2 post lift which we are confident will be very well received by the UK market.”
