Merityre introduces Cam customer data system
Merityre has introduced Cam Systems’ Wholesale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The system is designed to help the tyre specialist improve its customer intelligence and data reporting specifically for its retail customer base, according to the software provider.
Wholesale CRM gathers and organises data pertinent to retail clients, helping to identify buying patterns and trends. Merityre will use this information to generate reports for its sales teams. Wholesale CRM will also enable Merityre to enhance its customer service, acquire new customers through efficient contact management, and make sales procedures and fulfilment more effective.
