KRT launches new Aeolus tyres UK website

Kings Road Tyres (KRT), the exclusive UK distributor of Aeolus truck, bus and OTR tyres has launched a new website for the brand to improve awareness and knowledge of the company’s range of specialist tyre applications.

Aeolustyres.co.uk includes size, application and technical details for the comprehensive ranges of Aeolus truck and bus radial (TBR) and OTR products available from KRT. The TBR pages cover regional haul, long haul, mixed service and city urban products for commercial vehicle, coach, city buses, low loaders, semi-trailers and tippers. Aeolus also supplies a wide range of OTR tyres for an extensive variety of applications, from quarry to high speed crane. 

Aeolus began production in 1965. Since then it has developed into a worldwide brand with a growing presence in the UK market.

Commenting on the launch of the new website, Tim Bader, KRT’s purchasing and marketing manager, said: “Aeolus is becoming a prominent brand in the commercial tyre sector and the new website is part of the dedicated sales and marketing support programme we are putting in place. We are confident it will help build the brand identity further with dealers while demonstrating the breadth and scope of the ranges available from KRT.”

Aeolus will receive further high profile exposure at this autumn’s Brityrex International exhibition in Manchester, where for the first time the company will have its own stand. This will provide the opportunity to talk to the trade about the quality and value available to commercial users. Exhibiting at Brityrex will also allow customers to view the extensive range of Aeolus products, from 15-inch commercial truck to 25-inch OTR, along with a range of sizes in high speed crane applications.
