Pro-Align launches Liftlign range
Pro-Align has introduced a new range of scissor and four-post alignment lifts. The new Liftlign range has been designed to fit a variety of space configurations, allowing compact workshops the chance to offer a high-quality four wheel alignment service.
“To perform four wheel alignment checks accurately, reliably and in a repeatable manner, workshops should be equipped with a good-quality alignment lift,” explained Paul Beaurain, managing director, Pro-Align. “The new Liftlign range offers precisely this and what’s more, they represent fantastic value for money, which can only be attractive in the current economic climate.”
According to the company, the Liftlign scissor range not only looks sleek and modern, but are said to be particularly attractive to workshops with a limited bay length. The alignment lift can be installed recessed into the ground for further space utilisation. Scissor lifts are supplied with integral rear slip plates and turning plate recesses to allow full functionality of the aligner.
The Liftlign 6402 scissor lift has a weight capacity of 4,200 kilograms and features a 4.6 million platform whereas the Liftlign6502 has a weight capacity of 5,000 kilos and longer platform of 5.1m to accommodate the servicing of light commercial vehicles and other long wheel based models, such as long wheel based Sprinter vans. For workshops without any space restrictions or for those particularly focused on low-cost, the Liftlign range also includes four-post lifts. These lifts are also supplied with integrated rear slip plates and turn plate recesses along with automatic locking capability for added safety.
The Liftlign40LT51 has a capacity of 4,000 kilos, a long platform length of 5.1m and includes an integral lifting table, giving simultaneous four wheel free capability.
“Launching the new Liftlign range will allow us to select alignment lifts that are even more tailored to the specific needs of our customers,” continues Beaurain. “We will continue to offer our top of the range Hunter alignment lifts, which provide the highest levels of automation and integration with Hunter aligners, but the new range gives customers a complete choice.”
To help workshops make the correct investment decisions in relation to their equipment, Pro-Align offers a full consultancy and installation service for its alignment lifts including workshop CAD drawings, liaison with builders (if required) along with delivery, full installation and calibration.
